This HSE Leader role combines hands-on construction support with longer-term program development. You will standardize policies, procedures, protected work practices, hazard assessments, and training across projects. Working with the Director of HSE and Ontario executive team, you will identify priorities, strengthen accountability, and implement practical improvements for growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Seven or more years in construction or high-risk HSE settings
Recognized construction safety training and occupational safety education
Experience managing HSE systems and continuous improvement initiatives
Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 proficiency
Robust communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills
