This permanent SCTR position supports Aviation Services within Operations and Administration. You will deliver training under company guidelines while coaching Screening Officers, mentoring employees, and assisting re-certification. Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset support the position.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver on-the-job, refresher, practical exam, and customer service training
Monitor screening employee tests and practical skills development
Implement training for recent employees and orientation programs




Provide checkpoint oversight and certification maintenance recommendations
Coach Screening Officers and correct incomplete critical processes

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current Pre-Board Screening Officer certification for twelve months
Advanced qualifications with no PERs
Meet client minimum training standards
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic skills
