As Senior Analyst, IT Vendor Management, you will manage governance activities for a large healthcare enterprise. Your work will cover contract reviews, negotiations, quarterly business reviews, risk assessments, and issue resolution. You will also support measurable performance and value improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Review contracts and negotiate commercial terms with technology vendors
Lead quarterly business reviews and vendor governance activities
Track SLAs, KPIs, scorecards, and corrective actions
Identify contractual risks and recommend practical mitigation solutions
Prepare executive reports and mentor junior analysts
Requirements:
Five or more years of progressive relevant experience
Robust knowledge of staffing and managed services supplier models
Experience with procurement and vendor management platforms
Financial analysis and performance reporting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Bring supplier governance leadership, contractual knowledge, and analytical reporting capabilities to improve enterprise technology vendor performance.
