You will design onboarding, ramp, and development experiences for early-career hires, establish people metrics, coach managers, and support employee relations. The position also partners with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and career pathing.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
3+ years of progressive HR experience
