Reporting to the Store Manager, the Team Lead contributes to store success through positive shopping experiences. The position supports inventory management, sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand presentation. It also helps coordinate shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment.

- Promote positive shopping experiences for every customer
- Build and maintain meaningful customer relationships
- Optimize inventory management and support sales growth

Requirements:

- High school diploma
- One year of team lead experience, preferably retail
- Two years of retail experience considered an asset
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
