This Operations Supervisor oversees assigned Cargo Handlers within a station. The position directs work activities, mentors employees, and manages training. It also ensures administrative processes follow FedEx Express policies, procedures, and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day sort operations within the station
- Lead package handling and routing activities
- Guide recovery of potential service failures
- Direct Cargo Handler work activities and functions
- Ensure compliant administrative processes and training
Requirements:
- College degree
- One year FedEx sort operations or senior hourly experience
- Two years related industry supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and positive driving record
- Ability to lift 70 pounds and maneuver 150-pound packages
