As Digital Practice Leader, you will direct strategic digital practice efforts for the Energy & Resources Business Operating Unit. The role aligns technology initiatives with organizational goals, industry trends, governance, security, and privacy requirements. You will guide digital experts and influence practitioners supporting optimization, digital delivery, and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop robust digital strategy using advanced data analytics
Integrate technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience

Requirements:
Over seven years of skilled experience
AEC industry experience strongly preferred
Leadership in digital strategy development and implementation
Experience with cybersecurity, compliance, and digital governance
Practical Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence strategy experience
