Shape Super.com’s payments platform through explicit requirements, backlog ownership, and technical fluency across routing, billing, and authorization. This is an individual contributor role.

The Senior Product Manager, Payments, leads a mission-aligned team with engineers and a technical account manager. You will partner with engineering, product, data, commercial, fraud, and disputes leaders. The work spans payment gateways, processors, acquirers, tokenization, alternative methods, reconciliation, settlement, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Own MAT backlog prioritization within the payments roadmap
Define requirements, scope boundaries, and reconciliation impacts
Sequence delivery, remove blockers, and manage agreed scope




Coordinate stakeholders without formal reporting authority
Track regulatory and industry changes affecting the roadmap

Requirements:
5+ years in Product Management, including 1+ payments year
Working knowledge of contemporary payments stack components
Ability to explain prioritization and maintain disciplined scope
Experience shipping features end to end with engineering
Solid written, verbal, technical, and data communication
