Drive paint and coatings sales across British Columbia through account growth, pipeline expansion, and leadership in Vancouver’s field market.

This Regional Sales Manager role leads sales performance throughout the British Columbia Region. You will generate current business, maintain existing accounts, and build relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and end users. Four days weekly in the Vancouver area are required for managing sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate current business across the British Columbia Region
Maintain existing customer accounts and relationships
Create product and service awareness

Manage volume and profitability objectives

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Eight plus years of materials sales experience
Paint or coatings experience preferred
CRM systems and Microsoft Office experience
Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship
