Reporting to the Director, Procurement Systems and Process, this specialist bridges Procurement, Finance, IS, and business teams. You will manage Coupa modules spanning Procurement, Invoicing, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contracts, and Analytics. The work emphasizes sustainable configuration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as Coupa technical subject matter specialist across modules
Identify improvements through health and adoption monitoring
Resolve complex systems and integration issues permanently
Align suppliers, contracts, commodities,
and chart of accounts
Assess quarterly releases and lead regression testing
Requirements:
Six-plus years of eProcurement systems experience
Coupa implementation or sustainment experience strongly preferred
Experience with ERP integrations and cross-functional settings
Excellent analytical skills and sound business judgment
Coupa Core Implementation Specialist Certification preferred
