The Base Foreman oversees aggregate materials, grading, compaction, and daily site execution. You will coordinate project managers, surveyors, subcontractors, operators, equipment, materials, and manpower. The position calls for civil construction experience, field problem-solving, and accountability for safety, schedule, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily base crew activities across project sites
Monitor aggregate grading, placement, and compaction operations
Track crew productivity and equipment utilization
Identify and resolve site issues proactively
Assist with materials, equipment, and manpower scheduling

Requirements:
Five or more years in civil construction
Robust road building, grading, and base preparation knowledge
Experience coordinating crews and heavy equipment
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work extended hours and weekends
