Residential security patrol work combines visible building presence with resident service across towers, hallways, stairwells, and parking areas. Monday-to-Friday overnight schedules apply.

As a full-time Security Concierge, you will help maintain secure premises through proactive patrols and active camera monitoring. You will address difficult situations, respond to facility emergencies, and document incidents for management and client follow-up. Strong English communication is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a robust security presence throughout residential areas
Patrol towers, hallways, stairwells, and walkways
Actively monitor cameras during assigned shifts
Proactively diffuse and resolve difficult situations
Document daily reports and incidents for management

Requirements:
Valid British Columbia Security Training license
At least one year of security experience
Robust verbal English communication abilities
Strong written English communication abilities
Availability for overnight work Monday through Friday
