As a Commercial Electrical Project Lead, you will organize project execution while performing skilled electrical installations. The work covers commercial construction, tenant improvements, renovations, and electrical upgrades. You will assist with material take-offs, coordinate field activities, and communicate with contractors, clients, supervisors, and trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project layouts, planning, and field organization
Assist with material take-offs and procurement requirements
Coordinate activities and schedules with project stakeholders
Monitor progress and identify schedule or quality issues
Maintain project documentation, reports, and job paperwork
Requirements:
Valid Journeyman Electrical Trade Certification
Robust technical knowledge and leadership abilities
Valid driver's license, clean record, and reliable vehicle
Own hand tools and required personal protective equipment
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work elevated
