Deliver exceptional client service as a Client Experience Representative with HUB, using calm communication and accurate insurance transactions. Support callers across HUB Canada West.
This client-facing role combines relationship-building, insurance transactions, and responsive service. You will connect clients with brokers, manage inbound calls, and promote insurance products. Success depends on empathy, composure, organization, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first contact for inbound HUB Canada West calls
Route inquiries accurately to brokers, departments, branches, or partners
Prioritize urgent needs and resolve or escalate inquiries quickly
Promote insurance products while meeting daily, weekly, monthly targets
Maintain accurate client records in EPIC
Requirements:
Passion for exceptional client experiences and service excellence
Confident, articulate communication and rapport-building abilities
Calm, organized multitasking under high-volume workloads
Microsoft Office Suite and CRM or broker-system proficiency
Call centre, reception, retail, or client-facing experience is an asset
Bring composure, relationship-building, and insurance service skills to HUB’s client experience team across Canada West.
