Lead associates in exceptional customer service and sales
Ensure department staffing meets business needs
Manage performance through feedback, recognition, and development
Review reports and recommend merchandising improvements

Requirements:
One to two years supervising or leading teams
Adaptable availability for days, evenings, and weekends
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
