Working alongside Operations or District Managers, you help ensure policies, procedures, menus, and company programs are followed. The position includes operational audits, follow-up documentation, employee relations support, complaint resolution, and supervision of up to eight employees. Travel between locations, including overnight travel when needed, is required.

Key Responsibilities:
Interpret policies and promote consistent application across school locations
Ensure menu adherence and company program compliance




Investigate operational complaints and develop satisfactory solutions
Plan, assign, and direct work in assigned units
Attend district special functions and support client expectations

Requirements:
Two to five years of food service industry experience
Ability to read procedures and write routine reports
Ability to calculate percentages, proportions, discounts, and amounts
Ability to identify problems, establish facts, and draw conclusions
Valid driver's license and overnight travel availability
