You listen to financial needs, recommend suitable solutions, and balance satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. Key Responsibilities:
- Advise members and clients on appropriate financial strategies
- Identify expected results with members and clients
- Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products
- Manage relationships and assess service quality
- Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum one year of relevant experience
- Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
- Knowledge of French is required
- Action orientation and customer focus
