This experienced Estimator role requires collision estimating expertise, automotive knowledge, and familiarity with insurance procedures. You will prepare estimates with industry-standard software, assess EVs, hybrids, ADAS-equipped vehicles, and advanced materials, and plan OEM-compliant repairs. The position supports smooth workflow among technicians, production teams, and insurers while maintaining quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate, timely estimates using industry-standard software
- Guide customers through repairs professionally and carefully
- Assess damage across EVs, hybrids, and ADAS vehicles
- Identify high-voltage procedures,



calibrations, and specialized EV processes
- Coordinate repair planning with technicians, teams, and insurers

Requirements:

- Two or more years of collision estimating experience
- Robust automotive knowledge and repair-process understanding
- Familiarity with insurance guidelines and industry standards
- Proficiency with Mitchell, Audatex, or similar software
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
