Gestion Zagora owns and manages a diverse portfolio of residential properties in Montréal, the South Shore, Gatineau, Québec City and Cornwall. Reporting to the legal team, you will support the company’s real estate operations: preparing, reviewing and following up on the legal documents behind our properties, transactions and property management.Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site in Montréal. Competitive pay based on experience.

What you’ll do

- Prepare, review and manage real estate legal documents and files
- Follow acquisitions, sales, refinancings and related transactions
- Prepare and review leases, renewals, notices and rental agreements
- Carry out legal and registry searches, including the Québec land register
- Track deadlines, contractual obligations and key dates
- Work with lawyers, notaries, brokers and financial institutions
- Keep legal and property files complete and well organized
- Help standardize the legal team’s processes

What we’re looking for

- Diploma in paralegal or legal studies,



or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in real estate law
- Experience with real estate transactions and leases is a robust asset
- Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- French and English, spoken and written: we work with English-speaking partners, lenders and tenants, including at our Ontario property
