This Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager leads a diverse local team while supporting restaurant targets and standards. The position includes labour and food cost control, employee coaching, hiring, retention, termination, and inventory assistance. It also requires eligibility to work in Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff toward restaurant targets and standards
- Monitor and control labour and food costs
- Coach employees on A&W; customer service
- Support employees on the restaurant floor
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed
Requirements:
- Experienced leadership in restaurant operations
- Eligibility to work in Canada
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Capacity to stand for up to eight hours
- Ability to lift inventory boxes up to 50 pounds
