As a Product Design Assistant, you will work closely with the founder and lead designer. You will translate creative direction into functional designs, create production-ready tech packs, and support products through final production. The work connects design, technical execution, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist product development from initial concept through production
- Translate creative direction into functional, tangible designs
- Create tech packs with measurements, materials, and construction details
- Coordinate with patternmakers and manufacturers on fit and quality




- Iterate designs through fittings and wear testing feedback

Requirements:

- One to three years’ similar product design experience
- Technical knowledge of garment construction and production processes
- Experience with patternmaking, fit, and form
- Ability to create clear, detailed production-ready tech packs
- Robust communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
