Lead complex fiber installations in active data centers from Prince George, BC, using crew supervision and advanced cabling expertise onsite.

This contract position leads large-scale data center cabling projects for Aerotek. You will supervise field crews, coordinate production, and remain hands-on with fiber splicing, structured cabling, and low-voltage systems. The work supports current construction and refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise fiber technicians and installation crews
- Coordinate cable pulls, routing, splicing, and production targets
- Organize fiber bundles through trays, racks, and panels
- Interpret cable maps, drawings, and fiber schedules
- Track productivity, progress, manpower, and outstanding work

Requirements:

- 45+ years in data center environments preferred
- Level 3 or Level 4 technician experience
- Fiber splicing, termination, testing, and troubleshooting experience
- Large-scale structured cabling project leadership experience
- Hands-on copper, fiber optic, and low-voltage installation experience
