This full time Assembly Shop Inspector/Tester works in Safran’s production domain, inspecting landing gear assemblies and components. The work involves blueprints, Model Based Definitions, hydraulic and electrical schemes, and Acceptance Test Procedures. You will prepare documentation, perform functional testing, and troubleshoot issues affecting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify component fits, alignments, and conditions using inspection equipment
- Interpret blueprints, standards, and Acceptance Test Procedures
- Prepare documentation for Safran and customer requirements




- Perform functional tests on landing gear components
- Raise non-conformance and rework tickets for products

Requirements:

- Aircraft maintenance degree, licensed AME, or five relevant years
- Minimum five years operating hydraulic and electrical components
- Read mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical blueprints and schemes
- Use measuring instruments, test equipment, rigs, and fixtures
- Knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations, especially CAR 561
