As an Inside Sales Representative II, you will serve academic, biotech, pharma, clinical, and industrial markets. Your work combines relationship building, product knowledge, and digital selling. You will also collaborate across functions while pursuing sales targets and managing customer information within CRM systems.

Understand customer needs through consultative selling
Provide optimal scientific product and service solutions

Partner with cross-functional teams on business goals
Maintain customer relationships using CRM systems
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferably in biology, chemistry, or life sciences
Two years of sales or research experience
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding goals
Robust organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office is an asset
