As Financial Reporting Supervisor, you report to the Controller and oversee accounting functions within the vertical. You prepare and review internal and external reports, interpret performance metrics, and provide accounting guidance. The work includes audits, corporate budgets, variance analysis, tax compliance, banking records, and related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze internal and external financial reporting
Assist with audits and quality control of sales orders
Prepare and monitor corporate annual budgets
Identify discrepancies through variance analysis
Document policies and create training documentation
Requirements:
Solid communication and active listening skills
Detail-oriented approach to high-volume work
Creative thinking and coaching capability
CPA designation and relevant business education
Three years each in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
