This Quality Assurance Specialist role serves as the final checkpoint before work leaves the agency. You compare video, audio, print, OOH, digital, and social assets with approved briefs, scripts, layouts, specifications, and style guides. You collaborate with production, studio, account, creative, talent traffic, legal, and trafficking teams. Your reviews cover accuracy, timing, legibility, technical setup, rights, and platform readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
Check spots and cutdowns against scripts, offers, and legal requirements
Verify layouts, media specifications, brand elements, and pricing
Test links, tracking tags, animation,



alt text, and device display
Confirm fonts and images carry appropriate licensing
Manage DAM uploads, trafficking sheets, and live asset updates

Requirements:
Four or more years in quality assurance or agency proofreading
Working knowledge of video, audio, and display delivery specifications
Confidence stopping delivery when errors require correction
Organization across multiple projects and tight deadlines
Tactful communication with creatives, producers, and clients
