As Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will oversee material receipt, shipment preparation, and status tracking for customized mechanical and electrical systems. The position includes Canada and USA shipping and receiving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate freight quotations, pickups, deliveries, and tracking
Review shipping destinations, dates, weights, and dimensions




Prepare bills of lading and commercial documentation
Coordinate customs documentation for cross-border shipments
Provide timely shipping-status updates to stakeholders

Requirements:
Three years of shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
Experience resolving shipping or receiving discrepancies
Knowledge of packaging, loading, and material handling
Understanding of CUSMA/USMCA requirements
Solid planning, analytical, and follow-up skills
