This Sales Associate position centers on understanding customer projects and connecting shoppers with appropriate merchandise. You will maintain knowledge of department and adjacent products, explain features, and recommend related solutions. The role also includes promoting Special Services, Tool Rental, Pro Desk, and Pro Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet, engage, and thank every customer
- Escort shoppers to appropriate merchandise throughout the store
- Educate customers about whole-project options
- Promote Special Services and Tool Rental
- Use empowerment programs to satisfy customers

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail or trade experience of one to two years asset
- Customer-focused approach and effective communication
- Ability to bend, reach, lift, push, and pull
- Adaptable schedule including evenings and weekends
