Cera Care Ltd in Fife is seeking a Community Care Assistant (Reablement) to support people who recently left hospital to regain independence at home. You will assist with personal care, meals, and medications, visiting clients in their own homes and traveling between visits.
A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. We offer full training, adaptable shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with part-time and full-time options.
