This clinical Nurse Practitioner term position supports Manitoba Spine Clinic within Shared Health. Candidates require approved Nurse Practitioner education and active CRNM extended-practice registration. The work involves wide-ranging shifts, standby coverage as required, and advanced care within authorized scope and endorsed practice settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide care authorized within nursing scope and competence
Apply advanced knowledge of assessment and diagnostics
Perform pharmacotherapeutic, invasive, and minor surgical procedures
Coordinate effectively with healthcare team members




Facilitate groups and resolve conflicts through negotiation

Requirements:
Master’s of Nursing, Nurse Practitioner Stream or equivalent preparation
Proof of active CRNM RN Extended Practice registration
Knowledge of RHPA scope and applicable health legislation
Computer proficiency with Windows, word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Ability to adapt quickly and function under demanding conditions
