Support CBRE data center operations through mechanical systems inspections, BMS alarm response, and equipment maintenance. Work shifts may include weekends and holidays.

As a Data Center Technician, you will inspect technical equipment, maintain facility systems, and address HVAC-related client problems. The work includes planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, vendor coordination, and accurate maintenance records. You will follow established procedures, safety requirements, regulatory standards, and quality processes under supervision and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect mechanical, engineering, and technical systems
- Respond to BMS alarms and emergency repair needs
- Complete planned and reactive equipment maintenance
- Take UPS, PDU, and utility meter readings
- Coordinate vendors and report subcontractor performance concerns

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four to six years of related experience
- Microsoft Office working knowledge
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic math and communication skills
