This administrative position supports reception and business-unit operations at a large skilled services firm. You will welcome guests, manage calls, prepare documents, and support tax-related deliverables. The work also includes billing, client records, payments, office coordination, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities:
Open and close reception during regular business hours
