Apply technical leadership to complex reclamation projects at Millennium EMS Solutions, with regulatory review, quality assurance, and qualified oversight.

As a senior member of the Reclamation and Construction team, you will support project execution across Western Canada. Your work includes identifying technical risks, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and developing defensible client deliverables. The position combines consultancy office work with approximately twenty percent field work.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide senior leadership for reclamation and remediation projects
Identify data gaps, regulatory issues, and technical risks
Guide project teams, managers, clients, and regulators
Conduct senior review of technical documents and submissions




Mentor staff in execution, writing, delivery, and development

Requirements:
Ten years’ experience in site assessments and reclamation
Knowledge of 2010 Reclamation Criteria and Remediation Guidelines
Knowledge of British Columbia reclamation and remediation requirements
Solid oral, written communication, and mentoring skills
Ability to meet client site-access requirements

Use qualified oversight, technical review, regulatory expertise, and staff mentoring to strengthen MEMS environmental project delivery.
