SMS Equipment seeks an Onsite Supervisor Support to oversee daily maintenance execution for Suncor’s 980 haul truck fleet. This frontline leader role connects technicians with Reliability, Parts, Warranty, Planning, and Suncor Maintenance. Use hands-on mining equipment experience, technical judgment, and transparent communication to support secure, compliant work.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate technicians and assign daily haul truck maintenance work
Monitor shift progress, scope, schedules, risks, and delays
Conduct toolbox talks and reinforce safety requirements
Review service reports, photos,



and audit-ready documentation
Communicate onsite status with Suncor Maintenance

Requirements:
Journeyperson trade skilled;
Red Seal preferred
Five-plus years supporting large mining mobile equipment
Komatsu haul truck experience;
980 or 930 preferred
Lead Hand or supervisory experience coaching technicians
Valid Class 5 driver’s license and high school diploma
