As Thrift Store Supervisor with the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul of Vancouver Island, you will provide hands-on leadership across daily operations. Your work includes supporting employees and volunteers, resolving routine concerns, coordinating schedules, and promoting the Society’s mission. You will also help maintain teamwork and operational coverage.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily direction and support to store teams
Schedule staff and volunteers for operational coverage
Assist with recent employee and volunteer onboarding




Address routine employee concerns and operational issues
Escalate performance and employee relations matters appropriately

Requirements:
Minimum three years of retail or customer service experience
Minimum one year supervising staff or volunteers
Solid communication and customer service capabilities
