Lead branch operations for Crossroads C&I; through P&L; management, sales leadership, and customer service across a local territory. This safety-sensitive position includes 25% travel.
As Regional Branch Manager, you will direct sales, administration, expenditures, warehouse, and shop activities. You will manage resources, financial targets, and branch personnel while supporting company values. The role requires supervisory experience, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage branch operations, resources, and Profit and Loss statements
Develop budgets, objectives, metrics, and long-range plans
Provide sales management and strengthen customer relationships
Maintain procedures, safety policies,
and operational efficiency
Review performance and support employee training prospects
Requirements:
Minimum five years of related supervisory experience
Sales and account management experience within the region
Experience with General Contractors and industrial customers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent job experience
