As a Student Support Administrative Assistant, you will work across undergraduate and graduate program teams in UBC’s Mathematics Department. You will support the Undergraduate Program Manager, Graduate Program Coordinator, and Student Engagement Coordinator. Responsibilities include student inquiries, documentation, evaluations, appointments, and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
Triage undergraduate and graduate program queries and processes
Compose documents and provide administrative support to program managers
Assist exam viewing and CFA exam tracking processes




Support mathematics competition administration for COMC and Putnam
Gather and collate Workday reports and maintain filing systems

Requirements:
High school graduation, post-secondary diploma, and related experience
Experience in a service-centred workplace, preferably student services
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Ability to learn systems including Survey Fluid and Workspace
Intermediate Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
