As a Senior SEO Specialist, you lead search for B2B and growing-brand clients. You set technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking narratives. This full time position focuses exclusively on search, while paid media has a separate strategist. You make strategic calls directly with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and architecture
- Set keyword strategy and on-page optimization priorities
- Guide content priorities with writers and AI
- Improve visibility across organic and AI search
- Report through GA4 and Search Console
Requirements:
- Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
- Experience running audits and implementing fixes personally
- Fluency with Search Console, GA4, and Screaming Frog
- Experience using Ahrefs or Semrush
- Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
