Excel-focused Junior Accountant supporting accurate accounts payable processing at Appnovation in a full time position. Resolve bills, expenses, and supplier inquiries promptly.

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, this Junior Accountant supports day-to-day financial and administrative operations. The work includes vendor bills, employee expenses, reconciliations, and payment inquiries. You will also help maintain records, collaborate across teams,



and support year-end audit preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor bills and employee expenses accurately
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to supplier payment inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and outstanding items
• Process credit card statements and supporting receipts
• Maintain vendor records and support year-end audit preparation

Requirements:

• College or university accounting graduate
• One to two years of relevant experience is an asset
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Salesforce or Certinia experience is an asset
