As Security Manager at Upper Canada Mall, you will develop and maintain plans supporting property protection, emergency response, business continuity, and loss prevention. You will supervise a third-party provider, train stakeholders, coordinate with tenants and authorities, and support a secure workplace for shoppers, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain threat-risk assessments, crisis plans, and fire safety plans
- Organize tenant seminars, Fire Warden Training, and evacuation drills
- Provide annual, quarterly, and new-hire emergency training
- Oversee fire protection systems, code compliance,



and maintenance
- Act as Health and Safety Committee Co-chair

Requirements:

- Retail environment experience and strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related field
- Minimum five years in security or related work
- Minimum two years supervising employees
- Security, emergency management, or safety certification is an asset
