You will quote, underwrite, and sell policies while pursuing conversion, retention, and sales targets. The position also includes technical guidance for junior team members and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quote, underwrite, and sell Home and Auto insurance policies
- Exceed sales KPIs, conversion targets, and retention metrics
- Apply underwriting judgment within delegated authority

Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree
- OTL license required, with training provided
- Demonstrated record of exceeding sales goals
