As a Front Desk Agent, you will act as the central point of contact for all guest interactions while supporting a wide range of front‑of‑house operations across the property. This role goes beyond a traditional hotel front desk position and includes responsibilities in guest services, retail, café service, gas station operations, and dining room support.
This is a year‑round position spanning two distinct seasonal operations. In the summer, the property operates as a hotel and roadside destination, catering to transient tourists and mining industry clients. In the winter, the operation transitions to Last Frontier Heliskiing, delivering a high‑end, all‑inclusive lodge experience for guests staying five nights or more.
This position extends well beyond a traditional front desk role and requires active participation across multiple departments, including supporting café/barista operations and dining room service. Cross‑training and flexibility are essential, as you will be expected to assist wherever needed to maintain smooth daily operations.
You will work as part of a close‑knit team in a remote lodge environment, delivering exceptional guest service while managing a variety of responsibilities with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.
