The position works with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to produce procedures, policies, processes, standards, build books, and playbooks. Documentation must follow Interac standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build rapport with technical subject matter experts
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Analyze processes and document workflows
- Guide project documentation repositories and references
- Publish knowledge resources for employees

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of technical writing experience
- Degree in information technology or related discipline
- Knowledge of technical disciplines and ITSM practices
- Transparent, accessible writing with technical accuracy
- Understanding of PCI and ISO27001 environments
