Sun Peaks is recruiting Line Cooks for the upcoming winter season. The role supports cleaning, preparing, and cooking planned menus within a mountain resort. Candidates bring culinary experience, kitchen operations knowledge, and Food Safe Level 1 Certification while developing culinary careers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver food at an assigned station
- Follow standard recipes and maintain portion control
- Operate stations using opening and closing procedures
- Complete cooling records and health and safety checks
- Prepare stations, specials, and large-group requests

Requirements:

- Two years of previous culinary experience
- Hotel or resort experience preferred
- Food Protected Level 1 Certification
- Thorough understanding of kitchen operations
- Ability to handle loads up to 35kg
