Support geriatric residents with bedside care at AgeCare, following established care plans and recognizing changing resident needs.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide care to residents while helping maintain a protected, secure workplace. The work includes monitoring care, observing residents, reporting findings, and documenting information as directed. You will contribute to staff learning and onboarding while following infection prevention and control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor care delivery against established plans of care
Assist with straightforward treatments and related bedside care
Identify resident needs through observation and reporting

Requirements:
Personal Support Worker certificate or diploma program graduate
Knowledge of geriatric residents’ needs
