The Physician Quality Leader is a physician leadership role within Fraser Health’s quality and safety team. You will guide physicians and healthcare providers, support quality improvement projects, and promote safer patient care models. Collaboration includes clinical quality staff, senior leadership, department heads, regional leaders, and support systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide local leadership on quality and patient safety initiatives
- Review patient safety reports and Patient Safety Priorities data




- Support evidence-based quality improvement and safety projects
- Present project updates to the HQOMC every three months
- Analyze indicators and recommend patient safety strategies

Requirements:

- Physician passionate about clinical quality and patient safety
- Active Privileges
- CMPA
- CPSBC Full
- Commitment of five to seven hours monthly
