Lead customer experiences at JD Sports Sevenoaks Shopping Centre using streetwear knowledge, sneaker expertise, and sales leadership. This full-time position is on-site in Abbotsford.
As Supervisor, you will guide sales associates while supporting customer experience and operational excellence. The position includes scheduling, inventory maintenance, employee performance evaluation, coaching, and feedback. You will also deliver sales, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations while supporting store leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver knowledgeable, high-level customer satisfaction across product categories
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates through feedback
- Generate business results and achieve key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory, schedules,
and operational expectations
- Support community outreach and initiatives with the Store Manager
Requirements:
- One to two years of retail management or keyholder experience
- Streetwear and sneaker culture knowledge and passion
- Experience supervising, training, and coaching sales associates
- Solid cognitive, mathematical, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
