We design and operate global systems for data capture, data labeling, and hardware-enabled workflows used by leading AI labs and robotics companies to train and validate humanoid and embodied AI systems. We work closely with frontier robotics teams to bridge real-world data, simulation, learning-based systems, and deployed hardware. Alongside field capture, we run studio projects: data collections built to a customer's specification, often with recent hardware and tight deadlines. Build the project management office for studio work, with one view of every active project, a regular review cadence, and clear escalation paths. Project ownership: Lead the most complex projects yourself from scoping through delivery, owning the plan, targets, budget, and risks. Capacity planning:



Turn customer requirements into delivery plans and plan capacity ahead of demand. Hire, coach, and lead a team of project managers, and report status and risks to the Head of Studio every week.

Experience:
5 to 8+ years in technical program management, management consulting, product operations, or operations leadership, including at least 2 years managing a team. Experience with hardware pilots, computer vision or robotics data collection, or production settings such as film or manufacturing. We may use AI-assisted tools to help evaluate applications against the requirements of this role.
