As a Static Security Guard, you will play an important role in protecting people, property, and assets while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure and secure environment.

Responsibilities

Responding to client requests and onsite emergencies

Face-to-face customer service to clients, public, and those working inside the building

Ensuring the security of all personnel, visitors, and the public

Inspecting & patrolling premises

Monitoring property access

Investigating and reporting suspicious behavior, incidents, and security breaches

Enforcing client informed policies

Communicating with law enforcement, emergency medical personnel, and fire departments

Responding to alarms Other duties to be completed as assigned RequirementsA Valid BC Security Licence

Relevant experience in the security industry

Ability to stand for long periods of time & complete routine patrols

Excellent customer service skills & professional deportment





Strong commitment to safety & security

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Additional certifications are assets: AST, First Aid Certification, etc.

Location: No restrictions on commuting - the most suitable candidates are available to commute to Downtown Vancouver, Vancouver, Delta, Burnaby & the North Shorepany Perks

Starting wage: $20.00/hour
