Snow removal work with Lyver's Maintenance & Yardcare requires physical strength and availability for changing winter conditions. This seasonal role is on-call and weather-dependent.
As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will operate snow machines and complete physical labor during winter weather. The position requires short-notice availability, long shifts, and work during nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is available for promising candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate snowblowers, backpack blowers, and ice chippers
- Use snow shovels during winter snow removal work
- Work in varying weather conditions throughout the season
- Complete shifts lasting up to ten hours or longer
- Remain available for on-call, weather-dependent assignments
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift fifty pounds
- Availability on short notice when weather requires
- Readiness for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Driver's license considered an asset
- Willingness to work a seasonal position
